Where do you think the best place for it would be? Working Groups board, GA board, or Gen Discuss board? I don't know if anyone else does this, but I actually spend most of my time with the forum on the "new topics" page, just refreshing whenever I feel the need. It keeps me pretty current with posts and what-not.

That might be more productive. At least for those who aren't around the forums often. We would need to compile a good and accurate list of emails, and probably a set of terms of use of those emails. Something that says we won't list them publicly without permision or sell them and only use them for this or that purpose. Seems silly, but people might be annoyed if we just start emailing them crap all the time...

I agree. I got a list for the purpose of notifying people about working groups. I only showed it to James and only used it for that one thing. I did just start a google group but it is for announcements only.

The google groups thing seems like a good way to mass email people. But you have to have a google account to use it, right?
