So long story short a few people have been working on the OSC website at the same time and one of us (myself included) broke it. Or else it's some sort of function error on the server giving us different errors. Anyway...

Can we make OSC pages in our Forums so they can use our forums and we can all collaborate ideas easier?

I have no problem with this. We can just add another section under the OMF one.

That's fine. The more the merrier...

We can add a board called OSC Collaboration under OMF category or we can add an OSC Category that can then have its own set of boards and sub-boards. Depends on the needs you anticipate.
